Typically we are involved in stripping out existing offices then refurbishing them to our client's requirements. This may be a complete refit or just modifications to the existing. This may involve demolition & removing existing walls floors & finishes. Then we carry out structural alterations if necessary. Normally we then install partitions, ceilings, bespoke doors, carpets, other flooring & decorating. Any plumbing or electrical alterations will also be taken into account.
