Usually this involves repairing or replacing metal cladding & metal or asbestos roofing. However we have carried out repairs to concrete-clad buildings. Often roof repairs are isolated areas & it may be that gutters require routine clearing out. Neglecting this has led to major damage recently in 2 buildings we are now working on. Sometimes it is necessary to replace a roof or perhaps install a new one over the existing for convenience. Concrete cladding sometimes needs repairing & refixing to the building using a dowel system or similar.
